Cone crusher
Cone crusher is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. Cone crusher is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc. Type of the crushing cavity is decided by the application of the ores. Standard type is for PYZ (secondary crush); middle type is for PYD (tertiary crush); short-head type is for primary and secondary crush.
Symons cone crusher is one product which we introduced from the United State Company NORDBERG since 1986. It is a kind of spring cone crusher. But it’s superior to spring cone crusher no matter in quality, uniformity and fineness of final product, wearing parts life or working maintenance. cone crusher can be widely used in metal and nonmetal mines, cement, and construction, gravel metallurgical and other industries. Apply to iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles and so on.
Designed on layered crushing theory, and with features of reliable structure, convenient adjustment and economical operation, the Cone Crusher is applicable to break various ores and rocks with medium or above hardness and widely used in metallurgical, architectural, road & railway building. Its bigger eccentricity, overload hydraulic cavity cleaning system and lubrication system with refrigerants fully ensure the safety and stability during operation and make it ideal for secondary crushing.
Working Principle:
Through V-belt, transmission shaft, eccentric shaft sleeve, the motor drives the mantle to rotate in a fix circle. Then the mantle approaches or departs from the concave now and then so to crush the material constantly in the crushing cavity.
